Orders under $99: Delivery costs $10 to $20 depending on value/size of purchase.
To complete an online order:
- Choose your items from our online store.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Delivery charges will be calculated automatically - orders over $99 are freight free! (excludes over-sized orders).
- Express delivery is also available for orders up to 5kg in weight.
- Large items measuring more than 700mm in any single dimension and/or orders weighing more than 17kg are subject to an over-size surcharge.
- Items most likely to be affected are spools of rope, bouldering pads, large packs and 8000m+ mountaineering boots.

We use Australia Post and Star Track delivery services. Standard orders are delivered via Australia Post. Express Satchels and Over-sized orders are sent via Star Track or Australia Post.
Free Shipping: Applies to most orders over $99 within Australia. Shipping times depend on your location but are generally estimated at 2 - 5 business days for major centres (up to 14 days for more remote locations).
Express Satchels: Sent via Australia Post Express Post or Star Track Satchel. This is a next business day delivery service to all state capital cities and most major regional centres. To check whether you are within the Express Post network, click here.
WA Residents Note: Unfortunately Express Post only covers the CBD of Perth. All other Perth and/or WA addresses will receive fastest possible delivery.
NT Residents Note: Currently there is no Express Post to the Northern Territory.
Pick-up: Pick up your order from our shop at 140 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley as soon as we have received your payment.
Special Requests: If you have any special requirements, such as Signature on Delivery, please contact us by email or phone to discuss options.
PO Boxes: If your delivery address is a PO Box we must send your order by Australia Post.
If there is an issue with your delivery or the condition of the goods received, K2 Base Camp must be notified as soon as you are aware. Items are delivered within 10 business days to even the most remote locations. Therefore, K2 Base Camp will not be made liable for non-delivery or damaged items if we are notified outside of 15 business days from the date of despatch.
K2 Base Camp regrets that, at this time, orders for delivery to countries other than Australia are not possible.
Out of Stock Items
Items on our website should be in stock. However, if an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible with an expected availability date. If you would prefer, we can issue an immediate refund.
Exchanges and Warranties
The cost of returning the goods to K2, either for an exchange, a credit or a warranty assessment, is to be covered by you. K2 will pay for the postage fee of returning the new product to you. Postage for all additional exchanges or returns must be paid for by the customer.
