- Filtration technology: microfiltration membrane (0.2 microns) with activated carbon filter
- Microfilter membrane lifetime: 4,000 litres Pores clog over time as the filter is used. Carbon filter lifetime: 100 litres. With frequent use, recommended changing the filter every 3 months.

Outlet sales are final and can only be returned for exchange. Items found faulty or under warranty will be replaced or refunded.
